Getting in touch with a mountain guide should feel simple, and this contact page is built around that idea. Whether you are planning a summer climbing week on granite walls, a winter ascent on frozen snow and ice, or a dogsledding journey through the arctic mountains, the conversation starts with a message describing what you dream of doing. Dates, experience level and rough ideas are enough to open the dialogue, and everything from there is shaped together.
Because every adventure here is custom-tailored, the people who answer your enquiry are the same people you will be travelling with later. There is no call centre and no handoff between departments; a message about a ski tour, a glacier traverse or an overnight mountain trip goes straight to the guiding team. Sharing your fitness, your previous climbing or skiing background, and the kind of terrain that excites you helps set realistic expectations from the outset.
Small-group guiding means flexibility in both direction and pace. Some visitors arrive wanting challenging ridges and alpine summits, while others prefer hiking routes, ski touring across open snowfields, or peaceful days in the mountains with good views and fresh air. The arctic landscape rewards openness, so plans often adapt to snow conditions, weather windows and the group's energy on the day. Courses, winter climbing, glacier travel and summer expeditions can all be adjusted around you.
Safety, preparation and motivation are treated as part of the adventure rather than paperwork. Equipment lists, avalanche awareness, optimal calorie consumption and physical preparation are discussed openly so that every participant is comfortable and well-equipped. With a professional, certified guiding company based near Narvik and Svolvær, you can spend the weeks before the trip building confidence, then step out into the mountains with a plan, a partner and a guide beside you.
